     Q: Can I brush my teeth immediately after drinking?
     It is recommended to rinse your mouth with plain water after consuming any acidic drink (like lemon water or ACV) and wait 30 minutes before brushing to protect your enamel.
     

     Q: Is it safe for daily use?
     Our formula is designed for daily consumption. We recommend 2 tablets a day, each before lunch and dinner. If you are breaking fast, we recommend eating something 30 minutes before consuming ACV.
